About Me
From an early age I have been interested in writing and the way people think and feel. I studied psychology and later became a teacher of the Alexander Technique, which combined my interests in well-being, psychology and communication.
I have been involved in personal development for nearly forty years, and the last ten years I have been a qualified Life Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation.
I am passionate about bringing out the best in people. My work as an Alexander teacher has given me a deep understanding of the force of habit and the process of change, and I love being of help to others in their journey of self discovery and empowerment.
My other interests include writing (I published my first book: Clear Your Way to a Clutter Free Life) in 2006, talking with my friends, shopping, organising and sorting things, and learning about life and computers. My aim is to live my life harmoniously and powerfully, and to help others to do the same.
